Who is responsible

This website is operated on behalf of Robin Finesilver, a Prague-based musician. Bookings and correspondence are managed by Prive International s.r.o., which acts as the data controller for information submitted through this site. For any privacy request, write to book@robinfinesilver.com.

What we collect

Newsletter

When you subscribe, we store your email address and, optionally, your name. Subscription uses a double opt-in: after you sign up we send a confirmation email, and you are only added to the list once you click to confirm. Until then no subscription exists.

Booking enquiries

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and the message, event type and date you share so we can respond.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track your browsing or build a profile of you. The site sets only the functional storage needed for it to work. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Why we use it (lawful basis)

• Newsletter — your consent, given by confirming your subscription. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Booking enquiries — to respond to your request and take steps toward a possible booking at your request.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site and send email. They process data only on our instructions:

• Resend — delivers our confirmation emails, newsletters and enquiry notifications.
• Supabase — stores newsletter subscribers and enquiry records on servers in the European Union.
• Vercel — hosts the website itself.

How long we keep it

Newsletter details are kept for as long as you remain subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your record is marked as unsubscribed and removed from all future sends; you can ask us to delete it entirely. Booking enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking, and are deleted when no longer required.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct anything that is inaccurate;
• delete your data (erasure);
• withdraw consent to the newsletter at any time; and
• object to or restrict how we use your data.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter instantly using the link in the footer of every email we send. For any other request, email book@robinfinesilver.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority — in the Czech Republic, the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page always shows when it was last revised.
